“Morning Mile has given my son, Jacob, a new enthusiasm for school. Not only is he excited to go to school everyday, but he wants to get up early and leave early to get to the field before “Coach” gets there to open the gate. I love that he gets to start each school day with some physical activity and has the chance to work off any excess energy before he has to settle into his daily classroom routine.
